Robert Tollett ~ Co-Owner/Chef

Robert Tollett is a lifelong resident of Arkansas and has lived in Carroll County since 1999. Robert is a certified hotel administrator (G.M.) through the American Hotel & Lodging Association.

He has been active in the hospitality industry throughout his career serving as Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director and General Manager for various properties in Arkansas including the Basin Park Hotel, Little Rock Hilton, North Little Rock Hilton & the Hot Springs Hilton hotels.
